    Preliminary Assessment & Planning

    Matching the intended design to the block of land or existing home is one of the most important parts of any successful project. To ensure nothing is left to chance, we conduct a comprehensive site assessment that includes: analysis of orientation, slope, soil, surrounding structures and more. From there, we take you through our Design Discovery Process so we can create a detailed Project Brief. It’s all part of our promise to clearly explain your options at every stage so you end up with the keys to your dream home in your hand.

    Concept Planning

    Our experienced Designers specialises in turning bright ideas and sparks of inspiration into a clear Concept Plan complete with specifications, finishes, and initial inclusions. It’s at this point we can turn your price guide into a firmer estimate so you can see what’s available for your budget. And to help you make a decision you’ll be delighted with, you’ll also receive floor plans, elevations and 3D perspectives at the same time.

    Preliminary Building Agreement

    This is where we’ll take care of the hard work so you don’t have to; arranging approvals, creating construction drawings, conducting structural design & engineering and energy assessments. We’ll also help you finalise your selections with our specialist interior designer, schedule every aspect of your build or renovation, and ensure everything happens like clockwork. All you have to do is agree to the schedule and fixed price and then sit back and relax while we bring your dream home to life.

    Contract & Deposit

    Once you accept the final fixed-price tender, we’ll create the home building contract and any other necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently. We’re real people just like you, so we’ll make sure you never have the frustration of having to chase us for an update. We’ll also set up a meeting at your convenience where you can sign in-person and ask any questions. It just works better when everyone is sat round the same table.

    Construction Begins

    This is the most exciting part of the process and the point at which your dream home really starts to take shape. To make sure you’re up to speed with the latest developments, our representative and site supervisor will meet with you on a regular basis to provide timely updates. You can also access our intuitive project management system online to check out progress around the clock. And to make sure your home is everything you want it to be, you’ll always be the first to be invited to the critical stage inspections that safeguard the quality of our work. We really have thought of everything.

    Handover

    Before you receive your keys we perform rigorous quality checks to ensure everything is perfect. All lights, power outlets, appliances, hot water, automation, etc are covered by our expert team to make sure nothing is missed. We’ll also inspect all finishes to ensure there are no blemishes because we want to deliver a home with the wow factor you deserve. Want to feel at home straight away? You’ll get a home manual and complimentary training so you know how to get the most out of every last little detail.

    Follow Up

    We will return for another quality control check in 30 days and fine tune anything that needs attention. Plus we’ll continue to support you for 12 months (4 full seasons) to ensure everything remains perfect and in pristine condition. No problem is too small to mention to us and we’ll take care of it as if it were our own home. You really are in the best possible hands!
